Recommended Reading: Sleep Smarter

I personally have had a terrible time with sleep most of my life. I read Sleep Smarter at about the same time I read The Power of When and both upped the ante on my sleep hygiene. Stevenson’s book in particular contains high-impact recommendations with the research references to back them up. Sleep Smarter is essential reading for anyone who needs to get the most out of their recovery. That’s every one of us.
