The lessons in this book apply to us all–not only females. The food we eat, the environment in which we live, the habits we engage in all affect our biochemistry. While most of them seem innocuous on the surface they may be slowly eroding our health. In fact, I suggest reading this book to better understand how your hormones may be the reason your body is not the way you want it to be. Exercise and training are both part of the equation, of course, but food, environment, and stress play more profound roles than you may think.
