Recommended Reading: Antifragile

On the surface this book is about economics. However, I find that the lessons contained herein teach us a. how the world works and b. how we can become better versions of ourselves. One of the ideas that Taleb uses frequently is that biological systems (e.g. humans) are the only systems that actually get better in response to stress. Athletes know this especially well. Remember that training is a structured path toward antifragility.
